Our Manufacturing Story

Explain production process

The kidswear garment production process begins with receiving and confirming buyer orders, including styles, sizes, fabrics, trims, quality standards, and delivery timelines, followed by sourcing approved fabrics and accessories and conducting quality checks for safety and compliance. Sampling is then carried out for fit, size, and pre-production approvals before finalizing the Time and Action (TNA) plan and production schedule. Fabric is relaxed, spread, and cut as per approved markers, bundled, and issued to stitching lines where garments are assembled with in-line quality checks to ensure comfort, durability, and safety. If required, garments undergo washing or special processing, followed by finishing activities such as thread trimming, ironing, measurement checks, tagging, and final inspection as per quality standards. Approved garments are then packed size-wise and style-wise, documented, and dispatched to the buyer, after which a post-production review is conducted to evaluate efficiency, quality, and delivery performance for continuous improvement.

Quality Standers

Quality standards in a kidswear factory are maintained through a structured, end-to-end quality control system that prioritizes safety, comfort, and durability at every stage of production. The process begins with fabric and trim inspection to ensure compliance with approved specifications, color fastness, shrinkage, softness, and child-safety norms. Approved samples set the benchmark for fit, construction, measurements, and finishing. During cutting and stitching, in-line quality checks are conducted to monitor workmanship, seam strength, measurements, and attachment safety, preventing defects at the source. Post-stitching, garments undergo washing and finishing checks, including appearance, hand feel, and dimensional stability. Final inspection is carried out as per defined AQL standards to verify sizing, labeling, packaging, and overall presentation before dispatch. Continuous monitoring, corrective actions, and feedback loops ensure consistent quality, minimal rejections, and adherence to buyer expectations.

Our digitally enabled production planning and tracking systems allow real-time monitoring of timelines and workflows, ensuring dependable on-time delivery.
